LogoRecord Privacy Policy

This policy describes how BISHU, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea, operating LogoRecord and issuing under the MarkHash name, handles your files and personal data.
What we collect
Email, name or organization, payment metadata (from the payment provider; we never see card numbers), the files you upload, brand name, industry text, markets, and usage analytics (privacy-focused, cookieless).
Why
To produce and deliver your record, operate the verification page, provide support, and improve the service.
Files
Original files are retained for 90 days after delivery, then deleted, unless you choose to keep them longer. File hashes, timestamps, report PDFs, and query logs are retained (query logs for 12 months). If you opt in to the registry, we keep a hash and a numeric embedding of your logo, your brand name, and classes. We never store your original image in the registry.
Verification page
Publicly shows the Record ID, dates, scope summary, a hash prefix, and revision status. Your logo image and brand name appear only if you enable them.
Processors
Payment (Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record), email delivery (Resend), web image search (Google Lens, Yandex Images, TinEye), timestamping (an RFC 3161 timestamping authority and the OpenTimestamps network), hosting and storage (Vercel, Google Cloud / Firebase), DNS and email routing (Cloudflare), analytics (Plausible). Your logo image is transmitted to image search providers to perform the search.
Your rights
Request access, correction, or deletion at support@logorecord.com. Deletion requests are processed within 7 days. Timestamps consist of hashes only and remain valid without the original file.
We do not
Sell personal data or use your logo for anything other than producing your record and, if you opted in, registry matching.
